The integral parts of this protocol are the Poly-Vitamin Serum and the Pro-Heal Serum. Poly-Vitamin Serum has been shown to greatly improve compromised skin and promote overall skin integrity, for use over the entire body. This is a mild yet powerful formulation, which works well with sensitive skin. In addition, this formula is designed to efficiently promote excellent delivery of essential Vitamin B5 and Vitamin B3. There are currently clinical studies underway citing the increased healing of radiation dermatitis after applying Poly-Vitamin Serum.
Pro-Heal is a very powerful healing product. This is because of the properties of the Olea Europea, or Olive Leaf Extract, the active ingredient found in the leaves. The combination of L-Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) Alpha Tocopheral (Vitamin E) and Olive Leaf Extract makes the anti-oxidant abilities of this product unsurpassed. This product is supported by NCI peer-reviewed clinical studies. In an effort to minimize damage to the skin from radiation treatments, we recommend using this product for several weeks prior to the date treatments begin, to build up the integrity of the skin.
Hydra-Cool is a very soothing and hydrating product and can be used several times per day for additional moisture and hydration. It is particularly effective at providing instant relief to skin that has been burned by sun or radiation exposure. It can be used immediately following radiation treatments if desired.
Super Serum is a superior antioxidant product. It encourages collagen production and scar tissue reduction. It is a very powerful formula and should not be used on the face while undergoing chemotherapy or radiation treatment. It is highly recommended for the reduction of hypertrophic scar tissue and can be used on scars as soon as they epithelialize. Once chemotherapy and radiation treatments have been completed and the skin is allowed to normalize (usually 6 – 8 weeks), Super Serum can be added to the AM or PM protocol alternating with the Pro-Heal Serum. *This is not intended as medical advice.
